Had Article 2 passed, then the nine elected Charter Commissioners would have developed and proposed a charter amendment to adopt OBV.  With 6 of 9 of the elected Charter Commissioners endorsed by BTA and/or CSE, it probably would have happened.

OBV should come before the voters again. Bedford is too large a town to be voting its budgets by a Town Meeting.

Bedford's six Reps should be supporting Senator Roberge in getting the OBV "amendment" problem fixed, so the Town Council and Town Manager will support OBV when next it comes before the voters.
