BTA has reason to celebrate tonight.   Every one of our recommendations,
except one, passed.  On the Town warrant, 7 of 7 passed.
On the School warrant 13 of 14 passed.  The ONLY article that did NOT
pass was changing the election day from March to April.  That's 20 of
21, or 95%!!!
